How a Workshop Runs
Every workshop starts a week before the session itself. We interview key stakeholders, review any existing strategy documents, and customize the agenda to your specific context. The workshop day combines expert briefings, structured exercises, small group working sessions, and live architecture reviews. About a week after the workshop we deliver the written summary, prioritized recommendations, reference materials, and the follow up action plan. Thirty days later we do a complimentary check in call to track progress and answer any questions that came up in execution.
