How the Engagement Runs
The assessment runs over two weeks with minimal disruption to your team. In the first week we conduct stakeholder interviews across IT, security, data, and business leadership, review your existing architecture diagrams and policies, and inventory your AI related project backlog.
In the second week we analyze what we found, score it against our rubric, draft the report, and prepare the roadmap. We finish with an on site or virtual executive readout where your leadership team walks away with the full written report, the scorecard, the 90 day roadmap, the use case catalog, and a reference architecture for the highest priority opportunity we identified.
